Terms of Service (Nutzungsbedingungen)

• Account: your registered account and associated data.
• Client: a user searching for or contacting service providers.
• Content: text, images, videos, profiles, reviews, and messages posted on the platform.
• Fees: subscription, listing, and verification fees.
• Platform or Service: the CompanionHub website, applications, and APIs.
• Service Provider: an independent adult service provider with a profile.
• User: anyone accessing or using the platform.
• Verification: a process confirming identity, age, or qualifications.

The platform is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. Age verification is mandatory and misrepresentation of age may violate Swiss law.

You represent that you have legal capacity under OR Art. 19 and are not legally prohibited from entering this agreement. You must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and notify us of unauthorized access.

One account per person is required unless we approve otherwise. Users may terminate their account through the account deletion feature, written notice, or support.

You may use CompanionHub only for lawful purposes under Swiss federal law, cantonal law, these Terms, and community standards.

• No human trafficking, exploitation, minor sexual content, illegal prostitution, money laundering, illegal content, or violations of Swiss or cantonal law.
• No false content, impersonation, fake accounts, falsified verification, catfishing, or fake reviews.
• No harassment, threats, stalking, spam, doxing, discrimination, malware, unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or bot use without permission.
• No unauthorized commercial misuse, account sales, price fixing, or use of platform data to compete.

We may warn users, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, report to authorities, pursue damages, and deny refunds for violations.

Service Providers are independent contractors, not employees. They control their own services, pricing, policies, taxes, insurance, licenses, and compliance duties.

Providers must keep profiles accurate, use genuine media, describe services truthfully, respect boundaries, comply with all applicable laws, and understand cantonal adult-service regulations.

Verification does not mean endorsement, guarantee, liability assumption, or compliance assurance. Providers set their own rates and we do not process payments between providers and clients.

Clients must treat providers respectfully, communicate professionally, honor commitments, respect consent and boundaries, pay agreed rates directly, and verify the legality of services.

Reviews must be truthful, respectful, relevant, and privacy-preserving. False, discriminatory, harassing, or privacy-invasive reviews may be removed.

We do not arrange bookings and are not liable for booking disputes between users.

CompanionHub owns platform content, features, functionality, trademarks, and protected materials. Users may not use our branding without permission.

By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for platform operation only. You retain ownership and responsibility for your content.

We respond to copyright infringement notices and may use feedback or suggestions without compensation.

Platform fees may include provider subscriptions, verification fees, and enhanced listing fees. Fees are disclosed before purchase and charged in advance for subscriptions.

We use PCI-DSS compliant payment processors and do not store full card numbers. We do not process payments between clients and providers.

Refunds may be available for technical errors, extended downtime, accidental purchases with timely notice, or legal requirements. Change of mind, unused subscriptions, and violations are generally non-refundable.

The platform is provided as is to the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free service or user conduct.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or third-party interactions. Liability caps and statutory exceptions apply under Swiss law.

The platform does not provide legal, tax, medical, or safety advice.

You agree to indemnify and hold CompanionHub harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your platform use, Terms violations, legal violations, content, user interactions, fraud, or non-compliance.

These Terms are governed by Swiss substantive law, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN CISG. Disputes are heard in the designated Swiss venue unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.

Informal resolution, mediation, arbitration, small-claims exceptions, emergency equitable relief, individual proceedings, and Swiss civil procedure rules may apply as specified in the final legally reviewed version.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, change Terms with notice, implement access controls, and change pricing with required notice.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, illegal activity, fraud, harassment, law enforcement requests, inactivity, security concerns, payment issues, or other stated reasons. Surviving provisions remain effective.

Your use of CompanionHub is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. We comply with revFADP, VDSB, EU GDPR adequacy principles, and the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and additional registration terms form the entire agreement. Invalid provisions are limited or removed to the minimum extent, and remaining provisions continue.

No waiver is implied by non-enforcement. Assignment, force majeure, no agency, third-party beneficiaries, electronic communications, notices, and language rules apply as set out in the final version.

The English language version is legally binding. Translations are provided for convenience and information.

Consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-money-laundering, anti-trafficking, and cantonal adult-service regulations may apply. Users are responsible for understanding applicable local law.

This section requires legal counsel to draft specific provisions for relevant cantons.
